The Crown Estate wanted a higher profile for its Regional Retail team in the marketplace.
It was also important to establish it’s own identity within The Crown Estate.
We held coached workshops with the team to enable them to define a set of core brand values. From the workshops a proposition for the team also evolved, - ‘Reshaping Out-of Town’. This identified their expertise and aspiration to be thought leaders.
We created a name and a new visual identity. The name Lifestyle Retail was developed and a launch theme of ‘Experience. The Difference.’ was established to emphasise the balance of long-term knowledge and dynamic new outlook.
