Soho needs no introduction, and Golden Square is arguably one of its finest addresses. But this particular part of Soho is going through something of a renaissance at the moment where there is a notable shift toward the more refined and boutique occupier, with strong influences coming from west of Regent Street.
We therefore needed to create a brand that was not only instantly recognisable but refined in nature, where all aspects of the collateral – whether it be the bespoke printed covers, the intricate binding of the brochures or the innovative website – would echo these qualities.
With the identity resolved, we now needed to convince our would-be occupiers, with specific focus on the ‘Mayfair migrators’, that this was the location for them. Our strategy at this point was to identify like-minded businesses who have already made the move and introduce them as advocates for area. These in turn would become our brand ambassadors and were key to the success of this campaign.
